Services
Stage 1 – Walk & Talk Consultation (Optional)
$250 | Up to 2 hours on-site

- No drawings, no written plan — just a conversation
Best for: anyone early in their permaculture journey
Stage 2: Concept Design
$850
- We sit down and get clear on vision
- We walk your property, observe the landscape
- I come up with clear Permaculture Designs and transform them into a Conceptual Design
- A3 colour PDF + hardcopy with aerial layout
- Written document outlining all design elements
- Big-picture planning, not detailed construction-level design
- Review together (in person, phone, or video call)
Flexibility note: This stage is the standard entry point, but if you already have a clear concept or design, you can move straight to Stage 3 or Stage 4.
Stage 3: Planning & Detailed Design
$75/hour | Typically 2–15 hours depending on complexity
- Clarify the conceptual design into a clear, step-by-step practical plan
- Simple projects: 2–5 hours
- Complex integrated systems: 5–15 hours
- Plan includes timelines, species lists, materials, and sequence of works
- Provides clarity on costs and implementation before any ground work
Flexibility note: You can come here with a Stage 2 Concept Design or with an existing plan you want detailed and ready for installation.
Stage 4 – Installation & Build
$75/hour | Hands-on implementation
- Full installation of permaculture systems, including food forests, vegetable gardens, composting systems, water systems, animal systems
- One project at a time ensures full focus and attention
- Practical, hands-on execution from soil prep to planting, irrigation, and mulching
- Final costs depend on site conditions, access, materials, and complexity, and are discussed clearly before work begins.

Coaching & Hands-On Learning
$75/hour | On-site guidance
- Work alongside me in your own garden or system
- Learn how to maintain and care for your permaculture systems
- Practical, hands-on teaching: pruning, planting, irrigation, mulching, composting, and system management
Recommended for clients who want to gain skills and confidence to manage their landscape once the installation is complete
Optional – Social Permaculture Consultation
- Guidance for shared gardens, community spaces, or cooperative projects
- Advice on connecting people through permaculture systems
